Lower back pain pregnancy or period how to know it?

Hi moms! For the 1st trimester is it normal to have lower back pain ? No bleeding or cramping

I am in so much pain. I am having constant pain in my lower abdomen, some of the pain goes to my back and my butt, and my pelvis. I also had some discharge come out but I'm not bleeding. And I'm having pressure like my son is dropping or pushing on my lower abdomen. I don't know what it is and I don't know what to do. The pain stops and comes back

Am I the only one I soooo much pain. Everything hurts my lower back to my lower stomach. I can walk but I’m in pain. I’ve had 3 children and never experienced something like this. I’m not a run to the doctor type of person so I’m hesitant to go to an emergency room to sit around plus as a nurse the last place I want to spend anymore time is a hospital. I just don’t know how to alleviate the pain.

Idk wtf to expect for contractions or braxton hicks. But i do know my lower back is hurting and cramping like period cramps 😩. Shit hella uncomfortable

How do I relieve this lower back pain, it’s about the same as the period cramps in the back before I got pregnant. It’s KILLING me and I don’t take any medications.

All night my lower back hurt bad. Do yall think this is a mattress issue or a pregnancy issue? I'm not getting much sleep on my sides bc of it. On my back is the only way I'm not in pain and I know I'm not supposed to sleep on my back. Idk what else to do...

Currently 8dpo yesterday had lower left pelvic pain cramps and back ache today having cramps n back ache not sure if they a period signs or pregnancy ugh

Period comes in 5 days. I already know I’m out i have period like cramps already and lower back pain my period symptoms sadly lol i lost hope tho and already knew.
