1 week what signs of pregnancy ?

I've taken 2 pregnancy tests both faint lines, then took another but digital and said not pregnant. I'm a week late and have the normal signs. My last 3 pregnancies were miscarriages and I'm so stressed and scared on what's going on now. Any positive thoughts?

To moms who experienced miscarriage and went on to have a normal healthy pregnancy. During your first normal progressing pregnancy, was it normal to have anxiety that something bad was going to happen with the baby. Even though you had normal pregnancy symptoms and no signs of loss. I have my 12 week appointment in a week and I am extremely nervous. Even though everything is progressing like normal. Is this normal anxiety?

39 Weeks and still no signs of labor! Went to the Dr last week and wasn’t dilated at all😩 I’m so ready!

I had all the signs last week. Lost my mucous plug, was 1cm dilated,head was low, cervix was thinning, Braxton hicks, then nothing. No signs of baby lately. 38 weeks 5 days.
