Are pregnancy symptoms the same as period signs ?

Hi, I took 2 pregnancy test both look the same not sure tho.. I do have a lot of pregnancy symptoms!! You can rarely see the other line so I’m a little confused… I did have bleeding and I thought it was my period but ppl are telling me it’s probably implantation bleeding lmk your thoughts!😀‼️‼️

Has anyone went almost a whole pregnancy without knowing it’s my forth baby and I’m 36 weeks no signs or symptoms at all

Are y’all experiencing the same symptoms as you did in the first trimester now in the third ? I’m having headaches again and everything messes my stomach up 😭

I had a miscarriage 3 months ago. No symptoms but when I got to the dr, they said it wasn’t growing and there was no heartbeat with how far along I was. It was devastating. Low and behold we are pregnant again and about to have my dr appointment on Wednesday and I’m terrified for the same outcome. I’ve experienced some pregnancy symptoms, but not as intense as the other pregnancy. I know all pregnancies are different but I’m trying to stay positive. What are the odds of a miscarriage the same way?

Anybody else's husband/baby's father having the same pregnancy symptoms as them? He was nauseous before I even found out I was pregnant. Now we get hungry at the same time. If I can't sleep, neither can he. It's funny because when we are not around each other he can feel it.

Is it a thing if your partner Carry’s some of the same pregnancy symptoms as you such as tiredness, weird dreams, ect?

So I was watching this girls pregnancy video on YT & she was saying how her cramps started at 1dpo & continued until 8dpo when she got her positive, literally the same is happening to me except I haven’t gotten my positive yet , usually when I pms it’s a few days before my period. So I’m hoping these are all good signs . 🫶🏽
