Is heartburn an early pregnancy symptom before missed period?

I have had every symptom of pregnancy and missed my period but my test is still negative. I thought I had a faint line the other night then tested again and it was negative? Has this happened with anyone?

Anyone else still getting negative results when they're 4 weeks? I think it's cause my period will consider missed after this week, but I have every symptom including my breast growing, constant moodiness and being nauseous!!

so i got my period April 1st and then spotted again on April 14th i took a pregnancy test on May 10th and there was a SUPER faint second line also got blood work before i missed my period on May 12th came back negative but i didn’t miss a period atp , it’s now May 24tg and still haven’t gotten my period when i was supposed to 11 days ago i have EVERY preggo symptom you can think of when should i take another test ? i was also on the depo for almost 2 years but stopped in late december early january

I took an early response... 11 days before my period and its POSITIVE! OMG! Baby#3 is in the making!

I missed my period since 4 days which never happen before and i do pregnancy test so many time but its negative i dont know whats going on

Did anyone have a lot of pregnancy symptom 3 weeks pregnant? I tested positive a week before my missed period and week 3 I had major bloating, cramping and I was insanely tired. I’m now almost 5 weeks but I feel like I could be further along than what I think. My first ultrasound isn’t for another 3 weeks.

So about 8 days ago I noticed my nipples were sore and I thought maybe it was because I was ovulating but I haven't been ovulating since last Thursday and there still bothering me. Does anyone know if this could be an early pregnancy symptom or what this could be from? My period is still 7 days away and I doesn't usually have this symptom with it so I don't think it's that.

How many if you guys knew to test before your missed period? I just knew to test, and was about 5 days before my missed period. I think at the time the only symptoms were sore/ sensitive breasts, which normally happens before my period, and some cramping lol

Along with missed period, feeling tired, I'm also not able to sleep during nights. Is this also a symptom during 1st trimester? Can someone let me know?
