When do you feel pregnancy symptoms?

When do you find out the gender? I’m only 7wks but I’m almost positive it’s a boy? Any symptoms y’all had that yall could tell what you were having before your appointment?

I really wish I had a friend that’s pregnant with me as well because when you’re pregnant you’re friends barely want to do anything with you and barely talk to you. Plus I be wanting to relate to my friend’s pregnancy and most don’t even remember their symptoms and stuff 😩
