Can you be pregnant and test negative?

can being pregnant with twins give me a negative pregancy test? im 7 months postpartum and 1 week late. im stressed

What week did everyone find out the were pregnant? And did you test positive the first test you took or did you get some negative first?

Hi everyone. I have a feeling I might be pregnant and I'm kinda stressing out I took a test yesterday *left one* and it looks like this and I took 2 more this morning. I can see a line with color but it's so faint. I did the invert and negative pictures and I can see a line in them too. I I'm 5 days before my next period.
