So I took a dollar store test today just to see, it says negative I know my period is due on the 25th! Do you guys think I should just wait to see if I miss my period to test again because I'm starting to think maybe I'm not pregnant 🤷🏾♀️ my app says technically this is how far I'd be if I did conceive

Just FYI you can find out your baby’s gender thru the MATERNIT21 test that checks to see if your baby will have Down syndrome. You get this test done after 10 weeks. Just let your doctor know that you would like to know the gender as well. Just wanted to save some moms some money if you were considering paying for the early blood test 🤗

Yes the blood test to find out the gender isn’t covered by my insurance so me and my bf said we will be billed for it and just pay on it together. So instead of paying for the gender test we should just pay for the Down syndrome test?

I dont know anyone who’s ever had to pay for the Down syndrome test. I’ve always thought it was apart of routine care. You should ask your doctor. I dont want to give any false information

If you can call your insurance company and ask if they pay for the MATERNIT21 blood test. That’s what I did to figure out if they would pay for it.

Blood work requires labs so it’s usually more $ . Either from you or your insurance. It’s also 99% percent accurate. But just talk to your OB and see what you’re options are
