Cramping after conception is it normal?

I jus stop ovulating on the 5th and now I’m kinda cramping I was doing the mucinex method to get pregnant and jus fined the 5th as well is it normal to cramp after ovulation?

Anyone have sex in the first trimester ? Ya girl doubled over in pain from cramping after. Only lasted a few minutes, but I’ve never had that happen. Is it normal ?
