33 weeks today Yesterday I noticed down there was really swollen was having pains constantly having clear discharge and white no smell and diarrhea for a week now. Should I be worried?

Anyone having diarrhea I’ve been having it for almost over a week now with nausea and hot flashes on and off when I weighed myself yesterday I had lost two pound’s also have extra discharge that is white and sometime’s clear

I had messaged my doctor and he want’s me too drink gatorade or Pedialyte and take Imodium and if that doesn’t slow it down or stop it I have to go in to the office to get checked but I know that people say that your body kind of lets everything out before labor so that’s why I’m a little confused

I had some like clear mixed with white discharge earlier at work it was like (tmi) hanging from me when i wiped it lol and it wasnt like egg white but it was like a string of discharge never seen it before i am not sure dpo cuz im not tracking this month less stress and ya just curious if this is normal discharge i know the body is weird so wondering if anyone else has had this before
