Having cramps and contractions all day but the contractions are irregular but hurt. I'm 37 weeks 3 days and 4 1/2cm dilated already? What to do?

I can't explain how I'm feeling. I've been having cramps but no blood and the cramps hurt of course but not so bad to where I think I could be having a miscarriage. What I am afraid of is having a missed miscarriage because I wouldn't know. I am still having nausea but no vomiting and back pain. I am also having a migraine right now

Ugh cramps in my lower belly and butt area. I’m 30 weeks 😩. The cramps aren’t like period cramps. They just feel really shocking. Like shocks. Idk how to explain it. It hurt tho.

Possibly. But I don’t feel my stomach tightening up like how everyone says it does when it’s Braxton Hicks. I thought I had it the other day but it was just round ligament pain. This my first pregnancy so I’m always confused n never know how to identify anything I’m goin thru. It’s really frustrating sometimes. 🤦🏽♀️

I get them too it’s Braxton Hicks mine is in my lower belly feels like I’m having a bad period for like 5 mins then it stops my stomach never tighten up like other says either but when I ask my doc she said it doesn’t always have to be the same for other ppl but once it’s doesn’t last too long ur good

Has anyone gotten muscle pains that hurt really bad and little on and off weird sharp pain under ur stomach not where ur cramps are and having little sharp pain on ur sides close to ur back while being early in ur pregnancy? Curious due to having an appt Tuesday to do more test to see if I’m pregnant

I had pains in my hips and in the leg socket. It was really strange. This was probably two days before i got a positive test

Does pregnancy cramps and period cramps feel the same? Bc I’ve been cramping for a few hrs and period still hasn’t showed up I’m 2 or 3 days late and I’m cramping where it’s noticeable but nothing has came out yet usually if I cramp this noticeable my period would show up

Yes! I remember when I was pregnant with my first. I missed my period for a month, but I thought it was normal for me because I have irregular periods. It was September and I didn’t know I was pregnant till end of October
