I would only do 10-15 mins at a time that’s how long I did mine for and put it on its low setting

So as you all know every pregnancy is different I have 5 kids and I’m on baby number 6 and I have lots of lower back pain tonight it hurts very bad I never experienced this before I’m 34 weeks

Oh wow right now my pain slowed down but I’m in pain and having contractions on and off in my pelvis hurt bad and my back too

Hello everyone I’m 8 weeks into my first pregnancy and wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced really bad lower back pain, hip and thigh aches ? Just curious !!

I’m 6 weeks and I have to felt thigh aches so the hip and back pain is all just your body getting used to having a baby inside 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Oh yeah. Mine started early too… you got a longggggg road of pain ahead of you I’m sorry to say… I’d suggest seeing a chiropractor that sees pregnant women regularly and start now because it’s going to get worse 😩😩😩

Im experiencing lower back pain. Is anybody else too? Idk if it’s just because of baby or my kidneys because I don’t drink enough water 🥺🥺

I'm only 5 weeks and 4 days..but I've been experiencing lower back pain.. something thst helps me is ill set up with a pillow behind me, or I've noticed thsf going for a small walk also helps allivate it for me..
