Natural birth advice. Prepare for the absolute worst pain of your entire life... have a back up plan for if u change ur mind and need pain medicine. Hopefully you'll be able to get it in time. My labor for Over 12 hrs was Natural and I begged for death. Goodluck

im exhausted , starting to feel like how i felt in the first trimester .. lazy !😩 my last day of work is wednesday , not to mention i had work this weekend but called out because of how tired i was😭..pregnancy isnt for the weak!

so i go for my first prenatal visit on Tuesday, so in 3 days. this is not my first pregnancy, i had a miscarriage about 6 months ago, i never made it to the first visit with my first nugget, any advice to help my anxiety 😫. what should i prepare myself for? what all do they do on the first visit?

Today I just turned 14 weeks. I’m 19 years finna be 20 in august, this is going to be first child. I was completely lost in my first trimester and I couldn’t really ask any one for advice or help be it was always negative and it would scare me and I don’t want to fail my baby. I’m still lost so if anyone have any advice or tips on how do handle the second trimester and prepare for it please comment and thank you I appreciate all support and advice

Does anyone else hate the first trimester? Besides the nausea…I’m on my third pregnancy and I just want to see my baby’s heart beat and get out of the first trimester 🤣 #8weeks #thirdpregnancy #firsttrimester

How many of you guys went past your due date on your first pregnancy? Or do they usually come a little earlier on the first one I’m asking cause I guess I’m trying to prepare myself or hear other experiences although I know every body is different I would just like to know

my cousin had her first baby in august. she was due the 27th but baby decided to come the 19th . i think it depends i’m not sure but i also feel like i’ll have my baby earlier too . this is my first pregnancy as well

For me I start making a list of names boy and girl just in case window shopping for baby items doing the research on them to see which ones I want is such as bottles and baby carriers and strollers and so on and don't forget to relax a little bit maybe try some meditation some light yoga
