Anyone else have really bad back pain this early? My lower back is on fire and has been since 4 1/2 weeks. I’m 7 weeks today.

I finally decided to get a pregnancy pillow and now that I've used it for a few nights I completely understand why it's so recommended!😭 I was having really bad lower back pain and hip pain and it's a lot less noticeable now. If you're in the position to be able to get one I'd definitely go for it!

How do you know what are contractions? Been having lower pain and cramping and bad lower back pain on and off

When I went into labor with my son they said if it was lasting longer than a minute and consistent then it's labor. When I had braxton hicks it was on and off and would go away if I got up and walked a bit.

Anyone else have extreme lower back pain... I can not lay on my back and I cant find a way to streatch my lower back without feeling paralyzed with pain... Im only 2 months pregnant... idk what to do 😭

I’ve had on and off back pain too. When it gets bad I use a heating pad for a bit, just not on a high setting. It’s help relieve the pain a bit so I can get comfortable laying down

How do you get through early labor period cramps and back pain? Only 1cm dilated. So nothing is happening at the moment just the pain.

I'm starting to worry! I haven't had light lower back cramps since early pregnancy! I'm now 12 weeks and 2 days and experiencing them again! I know it's normal because the uterus is growing but why are they coming back at 3 months pregnant!!!
