Hey mamas, is lower back pain normal at 6 weeks? It’s not severe rather mild. It feels like menstrual back pain

I’m new to being a mother. I’m 3 weeks in my pregnancy and having a hard time sleeping. Lower back pain; almost like getting stabbed. And lower abdominal pains. What can I do about this?

I had this in the beginning of my pregnancy along with sensitive sore boobs 😮‍💨 it was nothing I could do about my back pain but try to lay comfortably

Did you end up having to sleep upright in a chair while you slept?

I slept in my bed but for two weeks I slept on the couch after my cat peed in my bed before I got rid of him but the low back pain is gonna be the hardest thing in the beginning along with morning sickness 😮‍💨 but not everyone gets sick does sleeping in the chair help ?

Yes bouncing on it helps. If there is a stairway near by I would go up and down them if you can manage

I literally have the same symptoms and I’m due the 13th too. I keep feeling period cramps and I’m wondering if that’s contractions or I’m overthinking it.

I'm 15 weeks and this is my 3rd pregnancy..I can barely walk down the street without sitting to ease the lower back pain. I was told it was normal because of everything stretching and pulling to make room for the baby
