How do I know if I'm still pregnant at 7 weeks ?

Is it normal to have toothache at 4 weeks and 3 days but I still don't know if I'm pregnant I have 5 week but also 5 weeks late from my period

What does the baby moving feel like? I’ve never been pregnant and worried at 20 weeks because im not sure if the baby is moving if feel like I would know and I’m not really growing a belly. My ultrasounds have been fine but a lot of women have still birth at 20+ weeks and it makes me so anxious😭I don’t know if it’s my instinct because of how strong my anxiety is about it or if it’s just me thinking

How do I know if I’m in labor? I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I already went because my contractions were 4 min apart lasting 1 min at least each and they sent me home because I was only dilated 1.5 . How do I know when it’s real? This is my first pregnancy I know nothing!
