Can you feel when you get pregnant after conception?

Anyone recently experience a miscarriage or termination of pregnancy and get pregnant right after? Like how soon after did you conceive and what did you experience for example if bleeding how long and did you wait to try again and when did you test positive? I am experiencing some things.
