I get induced on the 11th but I'm getting like bad pains in my lower back and like I'm cramping like if I'm going to start my period I I'm not sure if it's Braxton Hicks or if my baby coming all I know it hurts so much nd I'm very nauseous

Anyone know if your period returns while breastfeeding ? Mine hasn't yet, and I definitely don't mind it. I heard if you continue to feed or pump at night that it may not return at all until your completely finished nursing.

I think I had one right after my post parptum bleeding, but not a hundred percent sure since I didn't have any cramps with it and I've always had cramps with my periods. But I'm also breastfeeding

From everything I've read, left is better as it provides additional blood flow to the baby, but right is just fine also. Just stay off your back.

You can sleep anyway you’re comfortable at this stage. Your body will tell you when your not able to sleep a certain way/ways that are no longer comfortable. Don’t stress over left side, right side, or back. Your baby is safe. If you feel uncertain, ask your doctor, but multiple doctors have always told me that it’s fine any way you sleep ❤️

That happened to me. It was my 6wk appointment, it felt like the first day with the stomach tightness and I spotted but nothing ever happened after.

Right! I’m 6 week’s postpartum. I’ve been waiting all day for it. Last time this happened I was pregnant. I do not need another baby right now 🫤🫤 I took a test it was negative hopefully it comes

It's been different each time. I've had 4 babies and so far the earliest it came was 5 months. I also exclusively breastfeed and that usually makes it take longer to come back
