Can you still be pregnant with a negative test?

Can you still be pregnant if they have a miscarriage because I took a pregnancy test and it came out positive and my stomach is still getting bigger

So I took this one today.. still a negative. I feel pregnant though. But my test keep coming back negative and everytime I was pregnant with my kids before I was always right. Maybe I’m still to early? I don’t know🤷🏼‍♀️

Ok so I only getting one pregnancy test because I’m 4 days late also I’m 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant anyways soo will see 😅ik the test gonna be negative I’ll be back with a negative or positive 💜
