Can you take a pregnancy test at night?

Decided to take a pregnancy test and this is what my test showed. I should be on my period about now but I haven’t had a full cycle yet… does this test look negative? Also, I took this test at night but maybe I should have waited until the morning. #trying #babynumber2 #irishtwins #2under2
