I have never had a baby so I don’t know how it is, but I’ve heard that deep breathing and breathing loud when you exhale helps. For example you breathe in and on your breath out you make like whoooooo noise with your breath. I’ve also heard of people taking 2 Woden hair combs to squeeze in your palms to cause pain to ease your concentration to something else (I’ve heard the plastic combs break) Calming music, warm or cold rag across whole face or forehead or back of neck. There are several pressure points that you or your husband can apply pressure too to ease your mind as well (not sure where located at)

Have any mama's had epidural for previous births and then went natural ? WHEN I hget pregnant I wanna do natural but I'm worried my body won't handle it right since I'm not use to that pain.

So my first child I had a epidural and it wore off when I was 8cm so I felt everything for her… my 2nd was all natural since I didn’t have enough time to get an epidural but for this 3rd pregnancy they are saying he might be bigger than my other two and umm I’m fearing that he will rip me so I’m gonna get an epidural 🤣🤣🤣

Who’s having a epidural and pain meds? I am!! My first pregnancy was natural and I have no idea why I did that to myself. I wanted to be the “strong” mom. But I’m strong no matter what

Definitely getting a epidural. I’m being induced with pitocin. I’m not putting myself through 20 hours of pain and body stress. I’m doing the meds, the epidural. And I’m going to get through it.

Got to see baby for the first time. 💙🎀 I dealt with loss and infertility and ended up having my son through IVF. This pregnancy was conceived all natural, completely unexpected so to finally see its little heartbeat was such a relief.

Does anyone sleep on their stomach still , just curious?! I’m a natural belly sleeper and was nervous how I would be further in pregnancy but I do both side and belly sleep.

I still do most of the times bc that’s the only comfortable way my baby kicks up a storm when I’m on my stomach so I just switch from that position to my left side bc the right side makes me so sick

Okay that make me feel better . The right side does tend to get uncomfortable sometimes especially with this heartburn of mine! Thanks for feedback

So I’ve been wanting to do a natural birth and this is my first pregnancy! Any tips on how to make that process smoother? I’m terrified but so determined to do it!

Absolutely miserable. Trying not to give up on this pregnancy but HG is absolutely destroying me. I’m only 8 weeks. Idk how long I can do this. Praying for relief after 12 weeks.

I'm sending you all the love I can. My sister had HG and it was awful for her. I don't wish that on anyone. I'm truly hopeful that you get your relief
