Cervical mucus after conception what does it mean?

First time mom here i have Changes in cervical mucus since yesterday and on and off back pain and pressure in my hips I’m 1cm What could this mean

When getting a cervical exam does the doctor remove your mucus plug.. I'm so confused because yesterday was the first time I got my cervix checked and I'm still bleeding a little.

I’ve been losing big chunks of my mucus plug for WEEKS. I know it regenerates and it’s normal but what does it mean? Does it mean that my cervix has started dilating or softening a little bit? Or does it mean literally nothing is happening and I’m just losing it for no reason? I’m just curious lol.
