Can you spot and still be pregnant ?

Anyone have continuous light bleeding from a small functional cyst and end up conceiving still? I was told a cyst won’t prevent getting pregnant and my anatomy otherwise looks great, so I am just wondering if you could still spot and end up pregnant… the spotting is light and pink in color absolutely no pain and began since one day after ovulation until now ( 13 DPO) supposed to start period in 2 days. Needing any kind of hope ..

Can you be pregnant and bleed like a period. But obviously not a “period” if you are pregnant. My period was due November 11th i started bleeding November 24th I am still bleeding. I don’t have much of an appetite some foods makes me sick. And I have been extremely tired . Has this happened to anyone and were you pregnant?

Have anyone heard you can be pregnant still bleed though the whole pregnancy and your not getting a positive but your stomach looks like your 7 mos along

UPDATE: still nothing not even spotting and usually ill spot 2-3 days before my period. I seen frequent urination is a symptom and I woke up at 7 this morning to use the restroom. I've been back and forth to the restroom since. I researched and it said frequent urination for pregnant women can start around the time you should get your period. I've also had cramps and backaches.

I’m almost 10 weeks pregnant and I continue to spot here and there. Should I be concerned. I’ve gone to the emergency room many times and they tell me the baby is fine and there’s no active bleeding when they do pelvic exams. I hate bleeding. 😩
