i need to know how many of you guys has been able to sleep on their right side while pregnant without anything going wrong. i’ve slept on my left for so long that my backs starting to hurt and need to know that baby boy will be safe even if i sleep on my right at 26 weeks pregnant

I sleep all types of ways cause at some point u get that sciatic nerve cramp & can barely move trying sleep on one side….

Yes we can sleep on either or! Baby gets the best blood flow on left side, but baby still gets blood flow on right side just not as much! I just rotate throughout the night bc it’s not feasible to sleep on one side only all night long! Hurts the hips!

Ok, how do you get your newborns to wake up (to feed)? Dr. put us on a regime because she ain't gaining weight, but I don't know how to wake her up (without scaring her with a noise or something)

I pick mine up sometimes and just hold her. She'll play with the nipple a little before she starts eating

In case y'all don't know how to read your genetic blood test for gender if there is results of xx chromosome it is a girl xy is a boy

If I wanted to know my gender through blood test how does that work ? From your blood or does they go inside for the baby blood?

If you do the NIPT they just draw blood from you like normal. That's the one between 10 and 12 weeks that tests for chromosomal abnormalities along with gender. The only test I know of that goes through your belly is the amniocentesis which they don't do until later if you want it.
