Are home pregnancy tests accurate, how can i be sure?

Babies are doing much better. Pregnancy is going good I find out the actual accurate gender in 10 wks. Hopefully we'll be able to go home tomorrow.

Soo I missed my period by 4 days now and I took 3 pregnancy tests their all positives is that accurate

this is my first ever pregnancy. i’m 17 years old. and i got 7 positive pregnancy tests, all different brands, when i spoke to someone like a doctor about it they told me they were all very accurate tests and that im very very likely to be pregnant, i was scheduled an appointment for the 4th not sure abt but it is my first one, and then my first ultrasound on the 31st im nervous am i even pregnant? i don’t believe this at all, my doctor said id be 6 weeks.

I got enough ovulation test strips and pregnancy tests to open up I'm easy at home

How accurate is nub theory at 13 weeks? Was told nub is pointing up (indicative of boy)? How sure can I be? This will be my fifth boy 🤣🤣🤣 no girls......

My nipt tests came back and we are kind of freaking out. 90% for Down syndrome I have to do further testing (specialist so they can confirm if it is or not) Anyone have any experience with these nipt tests and how accurate they are? Neither me or my husband have any Down syndrome or anything like that in the family , and we are just extremely confused at this point…
