Does anyone combination feed with breast milk and formula? I am just using breastfeeding now. Any recommendations on what formula is best for breastfeeding and formula feeding?

My friend recommended me this for my nephew as he was transitioning from the boob & he loved it so much and it was gently on his tummy! It has clean ingredients which is great

Mommas will y’all be only breastfeeding or will y’all do both if so which formula will you use if your breastfeeding too? Enfamil or Similic ?they both have formula that they “say” is close to breast milk

I did enfamil Nuero pro (says similar to breast milk) at the beginning with first baby for like 1 month then I just stayed on breastfeeding and still breastfeeding my 17 month old and about to have my second in Dec and I’m going to breastfeed her as well…

The two big brands are Enfamil and simulac its just like coke or Pepsi in my opinion but due to my oldest having a bad time with simulac I just went with Enfamil but it's up to u its just like diapers gotta see what works best type of thing

Is there any other formula better than this one? It has my baby gassy, constipated, and vomiting? Using formula until i can produce more milk for my baby .

Are you pumping while you feed her formula? If you want to increase your supply, there has to be a high demand. So every time you feed her something other than your milk, you need to pump so keep up the demand so your body knows to make more milk. If you don’t pump, your body will assume you don’t need the milk and will stop making it

So mommas, I have a question! My old basketball coach hmu saying that she has some breast milk for my newborn because she wants to help bc she's literally only 3 weeks old and the hospital has already switched her formula 5 different times. Would it be OK for her to drink another mommy's milk? And wonder if it would work?

Before my milk came in the hospital recommended my baby use donor milk from another mom from a milk bank. So yes it’s okay for your baby to drink from another mommy , just ensure that mommy is healthy and everything

What's better cold milk or warm milk? Also how often do y'all feed your newborn during the night?

Warm or room temp, i wouldnt want my baby drinking something cold like that being so little yk everything about him is too sensitive lol, and for rn its different every time last night i only fed him once and he slept thru the whole night basically, other night probably twice or 3 times a night

Room temp, & if I put her down at 9pm she wakes up between 1-2am and then again at 6-7am for another feed

I have been exclusively breastfeeding for 7 months and now am barely able to pump out 2oz every 3 hours 😫 if I have to get formula which is the best to get that is closest to my breast milk?

I would definitely love to donate my breast milk for mothers in need of formula.... I can't imagine having to be in that situation!!. I definitely heard mother's using carnation milk as a replacement for formula as well. Seeing that there's a formula milk shortage is ridiculous...
