I am pregnant or it is in my head, how to recognize the symptoms ?

I took out my IUD October 5th. my period has been late since October. The first day of my last cycle was October 7th and now it is almost 2 months later. I really thought I was pregnant. I’ve had all types of symptoms crazy hormones, nausea spotting. However, I got an ultrasound yesterday and I am not pregnant. I don’t know how to know when I’m ovulating how to track my period. I want to have a baby and I’m scared. I’m sad and I’m not sure what to do.

Hey moms! So I’m 3 weeks and 6 days and when I first found out I was pregnant at 3 weeks I was feeling more symptoms but now I feel like it’s kinda going away? Is it just in my head because I’m getting used to it or something more serious?

Has anyone been diagnosed with a pituitary tumor during pregnancy? I am 16 weeks and currently experiencing a lot of serious symptoms. I haven’t been officially diagnose but all my symptoms and family history are pointing towards this. If anyone can help me find something to help the pain in my head I’d really appreciate it. I am going to a neurologist soon as well as a cardiologist. I started producing breast milk a month before I ever got pregnant.

Hey guys I’m new here , but I am 6 weeks Pregnant, this is my first pregnancy. I’m sick with the flu and my body been hurting my head been hurting.. before the flu I been having cramps in my lower stomach . What I wanna know is how can I stop the pain in my body to make it feel a little better ? And are cramps in my lower stomach normal ?

Idk if I'm too much in my head or if it for real. But my lower abdomen feels I guess swollen is the best way to describe it, I only sometimes feel naseaus, haven't gotten sick yet. But my period isn't supposed to start for about 2 more weeks so too early to test. I'm thinking I'm pregnant, but not sure, I could also just b in NY head too much. How can u tell without being sick or positive test.

Do I have a right to be upset about this? My father-in-law just said to me that my pregnancy symptoms are all in my head because I'm only 5 weeks and I shouldn't be nauseous or anything this early.

Okay so, last year around this same time i had a miscarriage. I just found out i am pregnant again, and very scared the same thing will happen. I went to the ER to see how far i am, my hcg level was 441, but as far as the ultrasound preformed they couldn't see anything in my uterus. My last period started Nov 12th, i wonder if i am too early to see anything in my uterus or if it's ectopic. I haven't had many symptoms of pregnancy just tired and hungry. My first doctors appt is Jan.6th so i'm going a little crazy waiting to see what's going on

Question: I’m 16 weeks. My symptoms are constantly fluctuating but my stomach doesn’t feel hard like it normally does , it feels soft, and my symptoms have gone down… i haven’t bled but am i trippin? Or is this normal? I just don’t feel pregnant but haven’t had anything to make me feel like something bad has happened

I have a baby girl kitten she's almost 5 months old She lays her head on my stomach with her paws on my stomach and she starts to purr or she will lay her body on my chest and put her head towards my stomach my question is does that mean I could be or am pregnant? I don't know what to do I'm new at all this
