Does spotting mean your pregnant, symptom of pregnancy list?

So I took a pregnancy test today and I got a faint line , does that mean I’m pregnant I took 2 of them the other day and they was negative.

Is anyone else having a couple minutes of pressure in their uterus area? Does mean my period is coming or I might be pregnant. Because I have never had that symptom before. 7/8 dpo
