Does early pregnancy cause diarrhea?

Is diarrhea anyone’s pregnancy symptom? Literally feel like i have diarrhea every week or two. I would think by 12 weeks it would have let up. Nope 😩😩

This is kinda tmi But have any you had diarrhea in early pregnancy. It’s been 4 days but it only happens early in the morning. Should I be concerned ?

Anyone else had this issue I'm 4 weeks 3 days I believe. Having cramping, some spotting/very light bleeding, diarrhea. Hcg was 117 Fri today 317. Nervous, because the er wasn't sure.. if it's due to early pregnancy/implantation,or start of a non viable pregnancy. Any advice would.be greatly appreciated!
