How does a miscarriage feel inside your body?

Question I’m 15 weeks now , when do you experience your baby moving to where you feel it inside ? And how does it feel ?

First pregnancy here : if you could describe what if feels like when you feel your baby move inside you, how would you describe it? I’m almost 19 weeks & im confused if i feel her or not..

How I don't understand it? I have a miscarriage losing my baby and my body produces breasts milk 🍼😭. How can one mentally grieve the loss of your child if you are still producing the nutrients needed for them 😡 it just pisses me off 😞
