Do you get cramps when you are pregnant?

Hey mamas is it just me or when you guys first wake up you instantly get those cramps?

Anyone having cramps that feel like cramps you get with diarrhea and upset stomach?

Do any of you get cramps at the top of your butt ? I have the worst right now 😩

I’m 6 1/2 weeks pregnant and I’m having slight cramps, back pain, and bleeding like as if my period is on. The eggs that are coming out are too big to be considered just regular eggs. What do you guys suggest I do?

I’m REALLY sorry if this a vivid question, but once you’re pregnant and lose the baby do you HAVE to bleed? I found out 5 days ago I was pregnant, and I did have sore boobs and cramps (not bad just the normal) but today I don’t feel pregnant at all.. no cramps, and my boobs are a tiny bit sore. I’m only 4 weeks. Idk I’m freaking out
