Does a miscarriage start with brown spotting and bleeding?

I'm a day shy of being 12 weeks and at about 2 this morning, I had a little brown spotting. It's on and off and nothing heavy. I'm just worried since I literally had a miscarriage a year ago.

Currently 6w2d and having brown spotting with small cramps that come and go. As well as I saw super small blood clots today. Brown spotting stopped over night but came back this morning. This is my 2nd pregnancy first one ended in a miscarriage.... super worried

I'm 9w2d and today I had a little spotting (brown) and I feel like it might end up in a miscarriage. I'm so scared but I still have 2 weeks B4 my first appointment. This pregnancy and been pretty easy just very tired. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Has anyone else had dark brown spotting when you wipe. I peed this morning and had a little brown discharge still have it. I went to er since last pregnancy I miscarried. My hcg was 44400 . I'm 6 weeks 2 days . Fetal heartbeat was 109 and it looked ok. They said threatened miscarriage due to me spotting. Anyone have this and have a normal pregnancy to term

I'm 6 wks 4 d, I had a miscarriage last year and an ectopic 6 months ago. The farthest I've gotten is 8 wks. I've never really had spotting before, but I'm having light, brown spotting every now and then. So the last few days ive been spotting brown and now today it changes to regular red , and this is after a miscarriage im not sure if its my regular period or not
