Does implantation cause cramping during the first week?

We just started trying a week ago after my period and now i’m having some kind of cramping.. could it be implantation cramping ? 👀

Light faint cramping and lower back pain 4weeks today, implantation ? Normal? Lower back pain is def worse very achy!😫

I am 5 weeks 5 days today. I had light spotting this morning and this was a couple mins ago. Does that look like implantation bleeding? I have my first prenatal appointment tomorrow, but I’m worried because I had a miscarriage in December. I have no cramping, but peed a little blood, no clots.

i’m 7DPO. i’ve been cramping towards the bottom of my uterus. it’s not like period cramps. i was thinking implantation cramps, this is the first time i’ve felt these so i’m not sure. any idea what it could be?

Hi! I am 4 weeks and 3 days today. I got a positive test at 3 weeks 4 days. I have been cramping for 3 days now and passed this and now had maybe 2 microscopic specks of blood 3 hours ago... does this look like a miscarry? Implantation? Isn't it late for Implantation?
