How early can a pregnancy test detect the baby after conception?

I just took a 5 day sooner pregnancy test at 7 DPO tonight and it came out negative. It says it can detect pregnancy 5 days before my period and my periods expected on the 2nd or 3rd of next month… should I test again tomorrow morning at 8 DPO or wait?

Just got my first ultrasound but she wasn’t able to detect a hart beat even though it says I am 5 weeks along should I be concerned she said that he or she could be 3-4 weeks because I’m early but she dose believe that little pea is the baby but he or she wasn’t moving so I have an other appointment after Christmas to see if they can detect the baby! What should I do !?

Just left the ER for bleeding and passing clots. Have been spotting since 18th day after positive test. Bleeding has now picked up. Doctor says I am threatening miscarriage. This is my 3rd pregnancy and never experienced any bleeding in previous pregnancies. I am so lost not knowing if my baby is ok. I am 6wks 5days. They did see sac in ultrasound but saying too early to detect heartbeat. Any thoughts?

possible conception after my loss on 12/5. I tested after loss until I received a negative (12/15). Now fast forward to today, this is my test? Is this an indent?
