Benefits during maternity leave
If you are an employee in France and are expecting a baby, you are entitled to a daily allowance
Of course, the allowance is granted according to certain conditions:
- You must have been registered with the Social Security system for at least 10 months before the estimated due date.
- You must have worked at least 150 hours during the last 3 months before the birth or pregnancy diagnosis.
- You do not have to do anything, but your employer will provide you with a salary certificate at the beginning of the prenatal leave period.
