Are cramps a pregnancy symptoms ?

I’m 11 weeks and 4 days Been having alot of cramps no bleeding just worried about baby I don’t have very many pregnancy symptoms just cramping and back pain is that normal?

Can’t tell if these are pregnancy cramps or has pains but it’s brutal 😩😭

I'm 6 weeks 2days and I'm not having any symptoms cramps or pains other than breast tenderness. I'm spotting anybody know what this means I'm really concerned and scared this is my 1st pregnancy

Having really bad headaches and motion sickness, cramps, tender tender breast, darkened breast,nausea, hot flashes, I can’t tell if it’s pms symptoms or pregnancy symptoms. My cramps feel period like.. my period is due in 7 days so we will say. Praying for a positive 🙏🏼🙏🏼🌈

When I wipe earlier I had a little bit of blood on my paper but I’m not having any cramps or any pregnancy symptoms atm ! Is this normal ?I been so cunfused lastly

Has anyone ever experienced pregnancy symptoms, cramps , back pain, headache , itchy breast & had a negative test result ? I started spotting three days before my period for three days and test says negative.

Update: tests are still saying negative but im having a lot of pregnancy symptoms that my mom also had. I go into a gyno on the 6th for an ultrasound because of my symptoms, but it seems like every few days there's a few symptoms that decide to be the worst ones to deal with for the day. Like today, cramps and food aversion

Advice to any new mom , or anybody that was wondering , with my pregnancy i noticed that lower cramps are normal it’s from your uterus stretching, it has happened with me since I’ve been pregnant, than being tired , eating a lot , heartburn , gaining weight, losing weight are all pregnancy symptoms nothing to worry about . No two pregnancies are the same just expressing somethings I’ve went thru ,
