Early pregnancy symptoms after conception how to confirm you're pregnant?

I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and the only symptoms I have are tender breasts, frequent urination, and fatigue (extremely tired) I went to the doctor to confirm pregnancy around 5 1/2 weeks and don’t go back until 11 weeks for the first ultrasound. Some days I don’t have many symptoms. Does anyone get anxious about waiting to go to the doctor to make sure everything is okay?

Anyone’s symptoms coming and going at 9 weeks? Trying not to worry but after two early losses it’s hard not to worry. I’m still having symptoms just not as strong as yesterday.
