Early pregnancy symptoms how to confirm that I am pregnant?

I am only 4 DPO and I am cramping and feel very nauseous. Is it even possible to feel pregnancy symptoms this early?

I haven’t went to the doctor yet for my first ultrasound to confirm exactly how far along I am. But according to my calculations I’m 6 weeks. Are slight cramps normal around this time?

So I have been trying to get pregnant for about 6 months and I am feeling some symptoms. I have sore breast, acne, and lightheaded. I am exhausted and haven't been sleeping well. I want to take a test but I don't know when. I don't want to get discouraged if it's negative, but all the symptoms I am having is early signs of pregnancy. Did anyone else feel light headed?

Had an ultrasound today and they found a small cyst on my left Ovary and a small mass on my right ovary. I’m only 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. They didn’t see anything in my uterus. I’m worry it’s an ectopic pregnancy. They said they can’t confirm it since it’s so early. Trying not to stress too much. Have to get blood work tomorrow to confirm the pregnancy. The ultrasound was scheduled before I was pregnant because I was taking a while to get pregnant.
