How accurate is the flow app? I started using it the first time I got my period after giving birth. I’ve never used the app before. And when I started my period in August and September it got it right of when I was suppose to start. And now apparently I’m 1 day late. Oh dear lord please don’t let me be pregnant again. 😬

It's very accurate but for body can sometimes be readjusting after birth it's normal to be a few days late just take a test if your worried

I gave birth on march 1st then i had my 1st period on may 22 until today i still have no period, who’s period delays after giving birth?

It's normal for them to take time to get back on track (Make sure you're not pregnant again though lol) id just ask your doctor about it at your next appointment.
Just Watch for signs of thyroid changes... heart rate too high often, tremors, unexplained weight shifts, sudden chronic IBS-type symptoms, unexplained fatigue etc I was swung Into hyperthyroidism with graves disease following my first child and it took 2 years to get that diagnosed. My sister in law developed the same after her first child but not until she was around 5 years old. But due to the hormone shifts this can happen

Any pointers on how to get your stomach back down after giving birth (i had a light 6 pack) I still have 12 weeks to go just curious, somebody said just get a waist trainer but I’m assuming it’s more to do than that…

All the goods in this box!! I remember having my first son and I went to use the bathroom 🤦🏽♀️😩.. my mom said “don’t forget that water bottle !! And those ice pads 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️… helped out a ton!!!!

I’m So scared to have sex without the approval of my doc at my 6 week appointment 😩and this is baby number 2 🤦🏾♀️ Did y’all wait for the 6weeks for your Docs approval ? and if y’all didn’t how early did y’all start having sex again after giving birth ?

I waited 4 weeks. It seemed like my sex drive was over the top so I couldn't wait any longer than that lol. But at 6 weeks appointment got checked and everything was good. I am healed nicely. I just say take it slow and use lube if needed.

You should start an hour later. Well sorry unless you gonna just put baby on you. You will know when your milk come in because of the color. Your colostrum is yellow yellow. Hope this helps.

Totally normal,I had mines heavy and light come and go for a entire 1 month but was bleeding for 2 months cause I had a c section
