So it felt like weird and leaky down there so I felt and this came out does this look similar to a mucus plug? or does it look like it is my mucus plug and I should contact my doctor or anything and look for labor signs? Im only 25 weeks+ 2 days and I've never been this far into a pregnancy so I don't know i hope its not cause its really early and I heard baby usually decides to come a few days to a week after so im kinda worried

Does this look safe to consume during pregnancy? I usually have one scoop every morning and boil it like tea.
