So two weeks after the intercourse, I took a test for the hell of it… it was faint lines and one was negative. Now 4 weeks later I got cramps and started bleeding lightly for only 3 days .. all the pregnancy symptoms went away except for nausea. What’s going on?

I paid 70 for mine and got my results about 3 days after I sent it in. However they told me I was having a boy and my NIPT results said girl so I'm not sure how accurate the Sneak Peek tests are
