Discharge signs of pregnancy how to confirm that you're pregnant?

Thought it would be fun to share some pregnancy dreams and or predictions 😂 So prior to taking a pregnancy test I had a dream the night before that I gave birth to a baby boy, I can remember the outfit the baby had on in all. I also wanted to share how many lady bugs I saw as well. Crazy thing is just three years ago I would find lady bugs in my sons room all the time, after finding out I was expecting in the middle of the pandemic I thought to myself (are ladybugs a sign of pregnancy) and sure enough they’re definitely signs you’re soon to have a new bundle of joy. Just wanted to share 😂

I just left the hospital. My blood pressure was really high. 174/114 with a pulse of 102. I feel like they’re going to put me on bed rest any day now. They sent me home with discharge papers to watch out for signs of premature labor

Can you not have signs of ovulation and I took a strip and it was negative but I suppose to ovulate tomorrow according to this app but I'm not having any signs have anyone gotten pregnant without signs they were ovulating?

I'm only 4 weeks 5 days pregnant my pregnancy signs comes in goes is that normal to have mild cramps

any moms out there who got a blood test done to confirm your pregnancy how long did it take to get your results back?

So I’m so confused I just took a pregnancy test yesterday morning and the following day I have to come to the hospital because I’m pretty sure I had a high blood pressure spike now they’re telling me I’m not pregnant ? Should I take another one at home to confirm? Just snatched my little bit of joy that I had away!!!

I went to the dr to confirm my pregnancy and they estimated me at 5 weeks pregnant with an estimated due date of Feb 1st 2023! My first ultra sound is July 6th!!
