Discharge in early pregnancy is a sign of miscarriage?

I think I had another early miscarriage, but I'm not completely sure. Period is still very late, and no positive test. Day 19 of cycle had some weird discharge and some bleeding.

5w1d today and I've noticed my breast soreness is going away. I also haven't felt nauseous or exhausted like I was a few days ago. Could this be an early sign of miscarriage?

You guys I am leaking like yellow whitish discharge that's warm. Is this a sign of labour?
