2 weeks pregnant symptoms ?

12 weeks pregnant with twins and im still not showing. I also have zero symptoms. Should i be concerned? #firstpregnancy

I’m barely 8 weeks pregnant and nervous because I haven’t had any major symptoms. (I know I’m blessed that I’m not getting morning sickness) Is it normal to feel completely normal at 8 weeks? It makes me scared for my first appt in two weeks. The only symptoms I’ve had are mood swings and diarrhea. I have cramps sometimes but all those symptoms could just be daily life symptoms whether I’m pregnant or not. Anyone the same?
