Breakthrough bleeding brown, am I pregnant ?

I went to the ed yesterday heart rate of the baby was 141 but I’m bleeding a darker brown am I miscarriage

I am 10 weeks and four days and I have been bleeding on and off dark red blood now today I’m bleeding Brown I went to the emergency room once they told me that everything was fine. Should I be worried or just stop worrying

Okay!! Soo I started 3 days ago..both 2 days my bleeding was barely there.. yesterday n today my stomach is tightening...n feeling nauseous..I checked it today n it's brown n not much ..can I take a test now that it's brown or do I gotta wait completely til it's gone...I think I'm pregnant..

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I've been experiencing bleeding for the past 3-4 days. I was told it is due to the fibroids I have. I've been to see my OBGYN and visited the ER because it went from a brown colored discharge to bleeding with a red tint. The ultrasounds showed my baby is fine, but this bleeding really has me worried. Anyone had issues with fibroids and bleeding during their first trimester? How long will this go on?
