How bad is it to lay flat on your back? i sleep on my left side every night and lay propped up to watch tv and stuff but i had to get an ultrasound on my neck today and i was literally flat for probably like 7 minutes idk if that’s bad, i’m 21 weeks

Baby has a flat head
Your baby's head appears to be flatter on one side than the other. It's important not to overlook this:
- Your baby's head is very malleable and adopts the shape of the crib when sleeping.
- More than aesthetic, the flattening of your child's head can have consequences on the development of motor skills, eyesight, and cause problems with teeth.
- It is advisable to change the position of your baby's head when they sleep.
- Use a lateralization pillow to alternate your baby's position in the crib.

My baby is suffering from flat head syndrome and am trying to prevent him from wearing a helmet as the time comes. Does anyone have an advice on how I can correct it?

Ok mommas I'm a first time momma to a 4 month old and he's got a flat head. I do tummy time 3 times a day and rub his back of his head and everything. Is this normal? Picture so I don't get lost. Please not negative comments thank you!
