Pregnant or not pregnant: which symptoms to trust?

8days since conception and my body feels a little funny possible this can be all in my head. I’ve been having really bad headaches,so tired but can’t sleep ,mild cramping, nausea at night and been super hungry . Any chance these can be pregnancy symptoms???

I’m barely 8 weeks pregnant and nervous because I haven’t had any major symptoms. (I know I’m blessed that I’m not getting morning sickness) Is it normal to feel completely normal at 8 weeks? It makes me scared for my first appt in two weeks. The only symptoms I’ve had are mood swings and diarrhea.
