I’m 7 weeks and I don’t really have any pregnancy symptoms. I only got mid back pain and lower stomach cramps very mild. When to my first appointment and everything was okay🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

If it comes an goes then it could be Braxton Hicks but if they get stronger then it would be contractions is what I've been told by my ob

So I have a question…does anyone else have like hip pain on both sides or in the lower back?I find it very hard to sleep because I’m in a lot of pain. Also another thing I noticed in pregnancy that was common were yeast infections. I’ve never had one before being pregnant and so far I’ve had one and now I think it’s come back hence the lower back pain and side pain. Anyone else experience this?

I had a yeast infection and had lower back pain. They send me pills and cream. Yeast infection are common in pregnancy because of the hormone. U can buy that’s the same one the doctor will send you

Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s experiencing terrible back pain early in pregnancy especially trying to get comfy in bed.. (it’s my whole back not just the lower part)

It happened to me in the first trimester, that’s the hormone relaxin. It affects some people more than others, try putting your leg over a pillow or sleeping on the opposite side. Also if you roll a t-shirt or towel up, put it under your lower back and lay on the floor for 10-20 minutes it helps a little.

Try using a pillow between your legs at your knees and also going to a chiropractor.

Hi. I am very early in my pregnancy. Is there something if you are in back pain that you can safely take other than Tylenol
