Postpartum insomnia occurs when you are exhausted and can't get to sleep. Where does it come from and how can it be treated?
- Sometimes associated with postpartum depression, this disorder can also occur on its own, without any other associated symptoms.
- When you suffer from postpartum insomnia, you quickly feel exhausted and unable to relax. When you finally manage to fall asleep, the slightest noise wakes you up. It's hell!
