I didn't know they did a 4 week postpartum checkup appointment!? What all happens at this appointment ill be honest I've never had one before and I have 2 other kids.

Before getting pregnant i went to the gym 24/7 I’m 2 weeks postpartum and feel like I was never pregnant no pain or anything I want to go back but I’m worried it will be to soon. I know you should wait till your 6 week checkup but I’m dying not being able to workout. Has anyone been through this?

I think u should wait I was up running around cleaning and everything and now I’m on bed and I can’t get up trust me your body still needs to recover c section or vaginal plus this bonding time with your baby is important so take advantage of your free time and just put baby close to u
