Vaccination Records: a document to keep

Your child's vaccination records are important. Issued from the first months of life and to be kept throughout life, they record every vaccine given to your child.

  • All vaccines (mandatory and optional) and booster shots administered are recorded in it.
  • In front of each vaccine, you can find the date it was given, the batch number and the stamp of the doctor who administered it.
  • It will tell you when you need a booster shot.
  • To keep your baby's immunization records safe, choose a colorful and fun folder cover.
